The application should be mailed to the math PDF Committee, indicating the date on which the first year term expires. Application should contain an updated CV, with list of publications & preprints, highlighting the work done in the first year tenure, and a brief report of the work done at the first year tenure at HRI.
The application for extension should reach the math PDF committee one month before the end of the tenure. A PDF extension talk will be fixed after this.
