2016 HRI Workshop on String Theory: Developments in String Perturbation Theory

There have been many significant developments in string perturbation theory in recent years. The 2016 HRI workshop on string theory is planned as an intense two week program centred around these modern developments. There will be lecture series by

1. Nathan Berkovits (Sao Paulo)
2. Michael Green (Cambridge)
3. Carlos Mafra (Princeton)
4. Kumar Narain (Trieste)

The lectures will have a pedagogical component (but knowledge of string perturbation theory will be assumed). There will be talks by workshop participants on various aspects of string theory. In addition, a poster session will be organised. The extended duration of two weeks will give ample time for interactions and discussions.
