The library has 23,108 books, 2,070 donated books, 2,403 e-books, and the
bound volumes of periodicals are 38,292, which shows the research
orientation. It subscribes to 151 periodicals in Physics, Mathematics, and
related subjects. Most of the periodicals subscribed to are available
online. The books and periodicals are basically in Physics, and
Mathematics and related fields.

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that One Nation One
Subscription [ONOS] has been formed, and you may now access thousands of
journals under the scheme.
Some details for your reference are:
1] 13,000+ Journals from 30 publishers are accessible.
2] The ONOS website is created and maintained by the INFLIBNET- Gujarat.
3] HRI’s regular 150+ journals are also accessible.

Springer License Agreement
The ONOS website seems like an ocean, so you may explore and get more

The HRI-Library is a member of the Developing Library Network (DELNET-New Delhi). This organisation provides Inter Library Loan services all over India. DELNET’s services can be viewed on it’s home page and its databases can be accessed through a web-based interface.

On clicking on the URL link (https://ndl.iitkgp.ac.in) of National Digital Library of India, you will be directed to the home page of NDL India. You will find a window on the right hand side saying 'Log-In'. Click on the 'Register' button and a Registration form will open up. Fill in your details on the form and submit. You will soon get a validation link in your mailbox. Click the link and validate and then you can start using NDL India. This is a one time process. Next time please Log-In using the login button on the Home page to access NDL India data. |
